Conference Registration Fees and Key Information

Each paper must have at least one regular (non-student) registration.

The conference fees in Euros are as given in the following table:

All fees include VAT elements computed at the appropriate EU rates.

Payment of Registration Fees should be by credit card. You can request an invoice at the time of payment.

Students should provide a scan of their International Student Card.

The Author Registration Rate is only available for participants who have a paper acceptance. (Papers must be submitted first and if accepted the Author and Co-Authors will be able to register at the author rate.)

All fees include the Conference Dinner on the evening of the Thursday 4th September.

Accommodation

The conference participants may book at the Sercotel hotels ( Alfonso XIII and Carlos III) using the promotional code WAF25 until August 1st.
The following fees are valid from September 3rd to 6th.

Sercotel Alfonso XIII (4*)

Single room: 86 €

Double room for single use: 92 €

Double room for double use: 105 €

Sercotel Carlos III (3*)

Single room: 69 €

Double room for single use: 73 €

Double room for double use: 83 €

All the fees include buffet breakfast and taxes (10%). Bookings must be made on the hotel website.
